What CQC does

CQC is a Service-as-a-Software solution that tracks operational quality in real time. It aggregates physical and administrative milestones (acceptance, build-up, handover, flight, arrival, delivery), compares them with your SLA targets, and highlights any shipments close to breaching, so teams can intervene. Dashboards provide bird’s-eye trends; reports let you analyze at the lowest shipment level.

Send us the CargoImp messages. Via SITA, E-mail, FTP or any other protocol. Easy to configure and established in no time.

Step 2 • Message broker

Our scalable and robust message broker will parse the different messages. Data will be saved securely, atomically and in a consistent way.

Step 3 • APP

The Cargo Quality Center web application consolidates data and presents it in a very attractive manner. Easy to interpret for all staff members related to the Cargo process.
